Heavy Machinery Mechanic

YOUR ROLE (You must be able to speak French)

The main mission of the Heavy Machinery Mechanic is to plan maintenance and maintain, improve and repair the various production vehicles and equipment:

  • Roll-off truck, 10 and 2 wheels
  • Excavators
  • Shredders, conveyors
  • Service trucks

EXPERIENCE ET TRAINING

  • DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in mechanics or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in:
    • Hydraulics
    • Pneumatics
    • Diesel Engine Repair
    • Welding
  • Purchasing/inventory experience
  • Practical and effective management of priorities
  • Preventative maintenance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Speak French
  • Class 5 licence
  • WHMIS (Canadian Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
